Protection from the Worries of Both Worlds<\/h1>\n

As part of the daily after Fajr program regarding the daily life of a Muslim, the following sunnah dua is for protection from the worries of both worlds.<\/p>\n

Ras\u00fblull\u00e2h \u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0622\u0644\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645 said, \u201cWhoever recites the following Du\u2019a seven times in the morning and evening, Allah \uf049 will suffice for him with regard to all his worries of both the worlds.\u201d (Ab\u00fb Daw\u00fbd, Ibns Sunni)<\/p>\n
