As part of the daily after Fajr program regarding the daily life of a Muslim, the following sunnah dua is for protection from from leprosy, insanity, blindness and paralysis.
Recite 3 times in the morning and evening:
Translation: Pure is Allah, the Mighty, and praise belongs only to Him. There is no power to do good, and there is no power to abstain from evil, except with the help of Allâh.
By reciting this duâ, one will be saved from leprosy, insanity, blindness and paralysis. (Ibnus Sunni, Mu’jamul Kabîr of Tabrânî)
